We restore and extend original detail, then layer in antiques, contemporary art, and quiet upholstery so a Lenox Hill or Carnegie Hill apartment feels collected instead of decorated.

Nearly every project up here runs through a co-op board. We prepare complete alteration packages, coordinate with the building's engineer and managing agent, and design within wet-over-dry rules, floor sound attenuation requirements, and strict work-hour windows. Townhouse clients get the same discipline applied to landmark and facade considerations.

Typical scope: entry gallery, formal living and dining, primary suite and dressing room, library, and staff or service areas — fully decorated down to art hanging and table settings.
