Interior Design & Decoration in SoHo

Loft-scaled interior design and decoration for SoHo cast-iron lofts, boutiques, and short-term rental properties.

A studio that knows SoHo

SoHo interiors are an exercise in scale. Cast-iron lofts give you column grids, twelve-to-fourteen-foot ceilings, tin or timber above, and a hundred feet of open floor with almost no walls — which is freedom and problem in equal measure. We zone loft space with millwork volumes, freestanding storage, rugs, and lighting instead of chopping it into small rooms, so the building's proportions stay intact.

Materials here run honest and tactile: reclaimed oak, blackened steel, lime plaster, leather, and heavy linen, warmed up with the same soft neutral palette we use uptown. Where original brick, columns, and pressed-tin ceilings survive, we restore rather than cover.

SoHo also has the densest retail and short-term rental work in our portfolio. For boutiques and showrooms we plan customer flow, fixtures, window display, and accent lighting; for rental properties we deliver turnkey, photography-ready furnishing packages built from durable luxury finishes that survive high turnover.

SoHo questions

How do you divide an open SoHo loft without losing the space?
We zone with volume rather than walls — millwork islands, double-sided storage, ceiling-height curtains, rugs, and layered lighting — so sightlines down the loft and the original column rhythm stay visible.
Do you furnish SoHo short-term rentals?
Yes. We deliver turnkey packages within a fixed budget, using guest-proof materials, and art-direct the listing photography so the unit rents faster.
