Interior Design & Decoration in Tribeca

Family-scaled loft and penthouse interior design in Tribeca — warm, durable, and quietly luxurious.

A studio that knows Tribeca

Tribeca clients tend to want the loft square footage without the loft coldness. Our work here is about warmth at scale: generous seating plans that actually get used, deep oak and plaster surfaces, layered lamplight instead of downlight grids, and mudrooms, bunk rooms, and homework corners built into the plan from day one.

Many Tribeca buildings are conversions, so we design around existing column placement, oversized industrial windows, and slab conditions — often adding acoustic floor build-ups and full-height millwork walls to carve out private rooms without visual bulk.

Scope usually spans the whole residence: kitchen and pantry, primary suite, children's rooms, media room, and a fully decorated entertaining floor with art and lighting installed before you move in.

What we work with in Tribeca

  • Converted warehouse lofts north of Canal
  • New-construction penthouses with terraces
  • Full-floor family residences
  • Live-work studios and private offices

Tribeca questions

Can you design for families with young children?
Yes — performance textiles, durable stone and oak, rounded profiles, and storage planned per room mean Tribeca family projects stay beautiful under real use.
Do you manage the renovation as well as the decoration?
We manage the design side end to end — drawings, specifications, contractor coordination, procurement, and installation — through to final styling.
